Meat besides the vital source of nutrition is fundamental to our day to day meals. While living in the ACT, the community has access to a variety of Halal certified butchers shops in the local vicinity. The cost varies from store to store and so does the type of meat.
Costco Wholesale Canberra provides a variety of Halal certified Meat. We have inquired Costco about the Halal authenticity of Lamb available at the store. The criteria are:
- Halal Certification
- Contamination with non-halal (haraam) commodities
It has been found that the following Lamb line items are found Halal Suitable:
- Kirkland Signature Australian Lamb Leg Boneless
- Kirkland Signature Australian Lamb Shanks (Pack of 4)
